I am an urban planner, researcher, and consultant focused on urban innovation, liveable cities and the role of technology in shaping cities. Over the past years I have coordinated international research projects, led geospatial projects, taught at universities, published academic work andadvised public and private institutions. My work moves between practice and academia, bridging policy, design, and coommunities.
Professional Experience

Independent Consultant
Led a full methodological audit and redesign of a composite Smart City diagnostic index used to benchmark Argentine municipalities. Diagnosed structural flaws in scoring, data validity, and cross-city comparability, then designed a new framework and Index calculation system. Delivered findings and proposals directly to the client through written reports, a board-level presentation, and a phased commercialization roadmap.
Sep. 2024 — Present
Research Assistant & Project Manager
Led activities development in EU-funded and national research consortiums on digital twins and decarbonisation. Designed and applied research methodologies combining statistical analysis, geospatial methods, and AI to investigate urban dynamics, people-centered cities and governance implications of data-driven urban systems. Led the development of funding applications, proposals, research deliverables, co-creation and capacity-building activities.

Developed and maintained custom GIS grids for 10+ European cities, designing algorithms and automated workflows for urban data acquisition and processing using Python, FME, and GIS tools to translate urban systems knowledge into rule-based technical solutions for urban mobility applications.
